The B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies (YCMOU Affiliated) is a 3-year degree program with dual internship opportunities, designed for students seeking immersive, hands-on training through a strong “learning by doing” approach, with practical sessions at the end of every module. Lexicon MILE (Study Center No. 62582) is an authorized YCMOU study center offering the B.Sc. Hospitality Studies (UGP02) program, structured as per NEP guidelines with a balanced focus on theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and service aptitude. The degree is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and is at par with degrees, diplomas, and certificates of all Indian universities and institutions, as per UGC guidelines, ensuring strong academic and industry credibility.

Eligibility
Candidate should be 12th Pass from ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE (ICE) or any other recognised board by the competent authority. An equivalence certificate is required from the respective board in case the result is in grade/credit points.

Fee Structure (Approx.)

  • Year 1: Institute Fees ₹1,73,408 + University Fees ₹43,258
  • Year 2: Institute Fees ₹1,73,408 + University Fees ₹43,258
  • Year 3: Institute Fees ₹1,73,410 + University Fees ₹43,258
  • Total Course Fees: ₹6,50,000 (approx)

Avail Scholarships of up to ₹50,000.

Application Process

  5. Fill up the application form correctly and pay registration fees online (Net Banking/UPI/Debit/Credit Card).
  6. Receive an acknowledgement email upon successful submission.
  7. Stay in touch with your admission counsellor for further process.

Scholarship
Scholarship slabs are applicable only for B.Sc Hospitality Studies.

  • 12th Std Percentage 70–80%: ₹20,000
  • 12th Std Percentage 81–90%: ₹30,000
  • 12th Std Percentage 91–94%: ₹40,000
  • 12th Std Percentage 95% and above: ₹50,000

National Defence Scholarship
Students directly related by blood (Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, BSF): ₹20,000

Early Bird Scholarship
Students confirming provisional admission by paying Year 1 course fees in full on or before 30th April: ₹20,000

In case a student qualifies for multiple scholarships, the higher eligible scholarship amount will be considered. Diploma in Hospitality Studies candidates are not eligible for Meritorious, National Defence, or Early Bird scholarships.
