Within the agreement, Marriott International in India will sponsor a class in the program, and students are expected to receive mentoring and career guidance from Marriott leadership in India. Further, students will be assisted in projects and gain exposure to real-life hotel priorities and challenges.

The Marriott leadership in India is also slated to assist in curriculum design, conduct guest lectures, assist with Executive Development Programs, and provide guidance in students’ project work.

Students at the institute can benefit from the latest industry trends, thus building a holistic and enhanced learning experience that would help bridging the skill gaps prevalent in traditional Hotel Management programs.

MOU with Accor India

Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management proudly announces entering into an MOU with Accor India. Accor is an augmented hospitality group with more than 5,300 properties in over 110 countries.

Mr. Satish Kumar, Sr Director - Talent & Culture, Accor India & South Asia at Accor, visited Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management for the signing of the MOU to establish the India’s First Accor Classroom at the Lexicon IHM. Here, students will learn from experience of finest Industry experts through mentorship opportunities and other medium, This will equip future hospitality leaders to become Day Zero Professionals. The focus of this relationship is also to introduce the future hospitality leaders to Accor as a brand and understand the Accor Brand Ethos and Core Values. Lexicon IHM will assign a ‘Brand Advocate’ who will work with the team at Accor India to project and instil an understanding of the various brands under the Accor umbrella and culture.

Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management proudly announces entering into an MOU with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a renowned global hospitality company with 26 Distinctive brands and over 1,100 locations around the world.

It is part of a unique initiative by Lexicon IHM to develop a robust alliance between hospitality education and the industry. Collaborating with a celebrated hospitality chain such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Lexicon IHM has created a holistic ecosystem for budding hospitality professionals. A unique feature of this collaboration is the launch of India’s First Hyatt Classroom at the Lexicon IHM. Here, students will learn from the experience of Hyatt industry experts, who will conduct Guest Lectures to share valuable insights and introduce them to contemporary industry practices.
