Note:
In case a student qualifies for multiple scholarships, the higher eligible scholarship amount will be considered.
Diploma in Hospitality Studies candidates are not eligible to avail Meritorious / National Defence Scholarship / Early bird scholarship.
Application Process
Step 1: Scholarship Application Submission
- Eligible students must fill out the Meritorious / National Defence Scholarship Application Form available with admissions office
- Attach the following documents:
- Academic Marksheets 12th Std
- Defence Supporting Documents
- Student immediate family members i.e. Parents & Grand Parents belonging from the Army / Navy / Airforce / Police department.
- Submission of Ex Service men card if completed with service or Id card if in service
Step 2: Verification
- The admissions team will verify the documents and assess the application based on the eligibility criteria.
Step 3: Scholarship Award Decision
- The scholarship committee will finalize the list of recipients and communicate the decision via email within 7-10 working days to admission team.
Terms and Conditions
A. Scholarships are applicable to tuition fees only and do not cover other expenses such as hostel fees, study materials, or examination fees.
B. Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
C. Scholarships are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible candidates.
D. The decision of the scholarship committee is final and binding.
E. The scholarship benefits applicable only in year 1 of the course enrolled.
F. If student is taking scholarship facility from any other organisation including government body, the student is not eligible to obtained scholarship benefit under this policy. If already availed, student has to refund the approved amount to the institute before end of the course.
G. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship provided by institute.
H. Scholarship is not applicable for Diploma course.
