Keeping in mind the clarion call of “Skilling India”, we have created The Lexicon Centre for Skill Development which imparts industry centric skills to its aspirants. Those certified at the centre get readily absorbed in the core hospitality areas in the industry. The Leadership team assists in building industry related certifications and absorption of the job ready man power hospitality operations.
Skills are imparted in Culinary, Bakery, Front office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service areas of the hotel departments.
Mental Health Cell: By Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management
There is an increased need to support students' mental health, and the issue is real. The intent of the Mental Health Centre is to generate awareness & acceptance towards the growing mental health concerns of its students. With the formal programme for mental health centre screening, the young minds will be offered both in-person and virtual counseling services to support student well-being. Furthermore, providing students, faculty, and staff with the necessary tools for managing mental and emotional well-being will contribute to the development of supportive campus culture. Focusing on the disciplines of stress management, time management, emotional intelligence, and using the mind as their greatest power will lead them to improve themselves in all walks of life.
